Dr. Vincent Wilson is a Professor in the Department of Environmental Sciences at Louisiana State University. Some of Dr. Wilson’s research interests include: toxicology of environmental pollutants and genotoxic agents; molecular genetic processes involved in carcinogenesis, mutagenesis, aging, and genetic diseases; environmental bio monitoring of genotoxic exposure to feral species; species-specific identification and microbial communities.
Editor’s note: The professor’s video is no longer available, further bringing into question what impacts BP’s funding of LSU work related to the BP Gulf Oil Spill had on the findings of their scientists.
