Spy Chief Admits US Doesn’t Know How Wikileaks Got Hillary Emails
In resigning from the Obama administration Director of National Intelligence James Clapper admitted that US Intelligence Agencies do not know how or when Wikileaks received emails that embarrassed Hillary Clinton during her campaign.
One more lie has been exposed as Fake news involving a Hillary Clinton lie that was supposedly fact checked and then echoed throughout the corporate media echo chamber.
It’s part of a year long pattern of media lies which has resulted in corporate media news outlets losing nearly all of the public’s trust.
Just a few weeks ago, Hillary and the democrats were running around blaming everything on the Russians and in the Presidential Debate she lied to the public stating the WikiLeaks emails shouldn’t be trusted because they were hacked by Russia.
Doubling down on the that lie, she cited 17 US Intelligence agencies as the basis for her claim.
Well, there were only two and the first walked away from the claim not longer after the debated leaving the other 16, which is actually only one headed by James Clapper still validating the claim.
Clapper submitted his resignation today as President-elect is set to take office in January and in doing so he made stunning revelation that has been buried as a one-liner in media reports.

Intel chief: Russia eased hacking after US accused Kremlin
WASHINGTON — Director of National Intelligence James Clapper said Thursday that Russia curtailed its election-related cyberactivity after the Obama administration accused Moscow of trying to interfere with the presidential race. The top U.S. intelligence official also said he had formally submitted a resignation letter effective at the end of President Barack Obama’s term.
In one of his last appearances on Capitol Hill, Clapper defended the administration’s response to allegations that intelligence officials at the U.S. Central Command, which oversees the Middle East, pressured analysts to discard information that reflected poorly on the war effort in Iraq and Syria.
Hacked emails from Democratic Party officials were released by the anti-secrecy group WikiLeaks during the presidential campaign, revealing details embarrassing to Democrat Hillary Clinton’s campaign.
Clapper and the Department of Homeland Security said in October that based on the “scope and sensitivity” of the hacking efforts, only Russia’s “senior-most officials” could have authorized the hacking. Russia has denied involvement.
“After the issuance of the statement and the communication that I know took place between our government and Russian government, it seemed to have curtailed the cyberactivity that the Russians were previously engaged in,” Clapper said.
He said he was specifically referring to the “cyber-reconnaissance” that had been observed prior to the statement. “That sort of activity seemed to have curtailed,” he said.
He said intelligence agencies don’t have good insight on when or how Wikileaks obtained the hacked emails.
The committee chairman, Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., took Clapper, along with two defense officials who testified, to task about allegations that CENTCOM massaged intelligence reports to make it appear the U.S. was doing better than it was in Iraq and Syria.
Nunes said lawmakers have not seen any “meaningful correction actions” taken by defense or intelligence officials. The allegations are still being investigated.
Harlin Hill, who was ridiculed on CNN for demanding proof of the allegations, was quick to take to Twitter and demand an apology from the Clinton News Network:
As Previously reported, the state department also quietly backed off allegations Wikileaks received the emails from Russia.
Despite media reports last weeks in which the US State Dept warned Russian hackers gave WikiLeaks the Podesta Emails to release to interfere with the Election, US State Dept is no longer accusing Russia of the hacks or even that the emails came from Russia.
Still this didn’t stop Hillary, her Surrogate Journalists and corporate media from replying to every scandal with the same response ad naseum…
But meanwhile it is conservative news sites that are being blamed for spreading “fake news” resulting in accounts and sites being banned on Facebook, Twitter and Google.
This also goes to show you just how factual the so-called fact checkers over at Politifact are given they rated Hillary’s statement as true.
Not true at all. There were only two agencies that made the statement not 17, with 16 falling under Clapper.
The 17 separate agencies did not independently declare Russia the perpetrator behind the hacks. Trump spokesman Steven Cheung said that this cuts against Clinton’s point, saying, “It is unlikely that all 16 of the agencies had looked independently at the Russian connection, which is what Clinton seemed to indicate.” (Cheung said 16 agencies because he omitted the Office of the Director of National Intelligence from his count.)
However, as the head of the 17-agency intelligence community, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, headed by James Clapper, speaks on behalf of the group.
Furthermore just because an intelligence agency makes a claim doesn’t make it a fact or true. Does no one remember the lies about WMDs in Iraq that has resulted in millions of deaths in the Middle East since?
Especially when there is no evidence presented. At least with Iraq they were shown fake evidence but here the government echoed a lie to the media and it became a fact.
Ditto for Snopes.
Of course Polifact’s so-called fact check, which we now know was a lie to help Hillary to undermine the scandals revealed in her emails, was echoed across the entire corporate media’s echo chamber as a fact because Political said so.
Meanwhile, Facebook, Twitter and Google are now in the process of banning and censoring conservative news sources being labeled as fake news because in the the latest round of finger pointing Hillary is blaming this so-called fake news along with the racist and sexist campaign ran by Bernie Sanders for losing the election.
Of course, before the fake news it was the Russians, then FBI director Comey, then rascism, then internal misogyny in white females,
Of course, each one of these excuses has also been spit out by the corporate media as “real news”
Anyone with half a brain can see conservative news sites are just being targeted because the they spent the last year disagreeing with the so-called “facts” that consist in the bubble of the ivory tower world view of smug corporate media reporters.
Also, let’s not forget the false accusations made by the US in a futile attempt to help Hillary win the election resulted in Cold War level tensions with Russia.
Hostile rhetoric went back in forth that resulted in both nation’s accusing each other of War Crimes, which is no light accusation as if any such indictment were served it would have resulted in a death sentence for that nation’s leader.
Eventually Russia made military deployments and NATO put 350,000 troops on combat alert status on the Russian border as Russia showed off it’s new nuclear missile arsenal that US raised the nuclear threat level to DEFCON 3.
Think about that. The global elites risked World War 3 to get their chosen candidate elected.
Luckily, as soon as Donald Trump was elected he was able to speak with Russia and has been able to defuse the situation. Troops have been ordered to stand-down and the US is now back to DEFCON 1 the lowest threat level.
Meanwhile, Trump refuses to state if he will appoint a special prosecutor to follow through on his campaign promise to lock Hillary up but he may not need to.
Hillary is still under multiple FBI investigations and there are several congressional investigations being pursued to look into a wide variety of crimes from obstruction of justice to public corruption.
Regardless of Hillary Clinton, the corporate media propaganda campaign shows now end in site with Trump being attacked from all angles about nearly every move he makes, even going out to dinner with his family.
