Robbed MF Global Clients Pursue Criminal Charges In All 50 States

MF global clients who had over a billion dollars stolen by Corzine, whose buddies in DOJ have decide not to prosecute, are pursuing criminal charges nationwide.

Last week Jon Corzine was given an unofficial pardon by his buddies in the Obama’s corrupt Department of Justice who announced they are not prosecuting Jon Corzine, they decided not to do a proper investigation, they are not going against Corzine.

Of course that was no big surprise to the public since Attorney General Eric Holder and the top DOJ lawyers were partners with big banks and in a firmthat represented MF Global.

For those not familiar, the case revolves around over a billion dollars of client funds that were stolen by a Top Obama Campaigner and the corrupt ex-governor of New Jersey Jon Corzine (so corrupt in fact that he got his ass kicked by the much hated Republican Chris Christie in a long time overwhelmingly democratic state) to pay off MFGlobal’s bad bets and it has been revealed that Corzine personally ordered the raiding of client funds.

But the battle isn’t over just yet as the attorney for the robbed MF Global clients announces a shift in strategy that goes straight for the jugular, 50 times over. This is a daring move for any criminal lawyer, be they someone from Avocat Criminel Mascouche or the person in question running this show.

If Obama’s corrupt DOJ isn’t going to prosecute even when there is clear evidence showing that crimes were in fact committed then the former clients of the now bankrupt state – who come out of all 50 states – each have the ability to pressure law enforcement officials in their own states to prosecute.

Koutoulas ups the ante in his battle against Eric Holder and Jon Corzine:

Runs 3 minutes.

Lawyer James Koutoulas with Rick Santelli on CNBC yesterday.

As I wrote yesterday and as discussed by Santelli in the clip, Edith O’Brien is the key and Eric Holder won’t offer her immunity because the Covington & Burling Department of Justice Criminal Defense has absolutely zero interest in hearing her implicate Obama bundler Jon Corzine for multiple felonies.

Best quotes from Koutoulas:

“Crimes were unequivocally committed and I will do whatever I can to continue to do the government’s job for it and help see justice done.”

“MF Global had a choice. Do we cheat or go out of business. And they cheated. They broke the law. And these took these customer funds to cover margin calls.”

“Attorney General Eric Holder’s Department of Justice is the biggest enabler of financial crime in U.S. history.”

And the kill shot:

“I will take this to all 50 states. And we will win. We will get a conviction of Jon Corzine. And the next time a sociopath CEO says ‘Do I go out of business or do I cheat,’ he’s gonna think about President Obama’s biggest fundraiser in an orange jumpsuit in state prison.”

UPDATE – The beauty of this plan is that he just needs one state. Koutoulas might find a friendly AG in Iowa after November (anyone but Tom Miller) who will throw the book at Corzine for ripping off farmers. And if Obama loses, a Romney DOJ might be tempted to go after Corzine, but that’s still a longshot. Iowa State Prison is probably not very nice:

The Iowa State Penitentiary (ISP) is an Iowa Department of Corrections maximum security prison for men located in the Lee County, Iowa community of Fort Madison. The ISP itself is a 550 person maximum security unit. The prison offers adult basic, general, and special education services. The prison offers vocational training in upholstering, commercial cooking, automobile repair, printing, and machining. The prison also provides labor for two large farms, one crop and one livestock.
